I spent last weekend with two of my favorite people – Shiloh McCloud and Sue Hoya Sellers – and a room full of wonderful women, canvases, brushes and paint! This time we were exploring our own “Holy Grail”, the vessel that holds our own sacred substance.
I felt delighted that the fundamentals of the image came to me immediately out of our meditation. And then I had the good fortune to receive from Sue the fundamentals of form that made it all work! Here is a photo of my painting!
This Sunday, my daughter Emma and I are attending an Artist Salon with the incredible singer-song writer, Tina Malia here in Fairfax, CA.
Last year our family attended Tina’s concert, and I wrote an article about how the music industry is changing, and what I felt was a missed opportunity at the concert by not providing fans (like us) with more ways to connect with and learn from Tina.
So guess what?! That’s exactly what they created – and they invited us to attend. And I think there may be just a few tickets left to this special event – go here to find out: https://tickets.brightstarevents.com/event/3822858/tag/fbog. If you decide to attend, make sure to come find me and say hello!
